Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and Italy. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your purchase.
Shipping Costs
Orders totaling $120.00 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. For orders under $120.00, a flat shipping fee of $15.00 applies. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is authorized, our team begins preparation for shipment. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Please note that weekends and holidays may extend processing times.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order ships, standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email once your package leaves our facility.

We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and select regional carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your furniture.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests made before shipment may be accommodated, though we cannot guarantee this depending on order status. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer available; you would need to follow our standard returns process upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.
